Lansing Central AA Bylaws

Lansing Central AA Bylaws (As Amended July 9, 2018)

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: Lansing Central AA Office (hereafter referred to as LCAA) exists to
provide information and assistance to the public and to suffering alcoholics through the program of
Alcoholics Anonymous. The primary means through which this assistance is provided is through our
telephone answering service. Additionally, information is provided through literature, local AA meeting
information, and the sober experience of our volunteers. LCAA entertains any and all matters affecting
the groups in the Greater Lansing area with the purpose of protecting and serving the welfare of AA as a
whole. The LCAA Board has the authority to review transactions of LCAA Committees and to rescind
any of those bodies that do not meet with the approval of the assembled group representatives.
